Matti's Nightmare by haviital

A downloadable game for Windows

Matti is lost in nightmares! He cannot escape and wake up before he has collected all the treasures in the surrealistic world he is trapped in. There are monsters and creatures from the best dreams and worst nightmares on the way.

This is a platform game with 80ies ZX Spectrum style graphics. The style is surrealistic as in Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy. The game is made for the Pokitto DIY retro gaming device https://www.pokitto.com.

Install instructions

Install for the Pokitto device:

1) The Matti.bin file is a flash image for the Pokitto device for flashing via USB.

2) The Matti.pop file is a flash image for the Pokitto device for flashing from the SD card.

3) Unzip the SDCardMusicFiles.zip to the root of Pokitto's SD card to enable the background music (very much recommended!).

Install for Windows:

1) Unzip Matti_Sim_Windows.zip and start "run.cmd".

The Matti_sources.zip file contains the python sources of the game for the Pokitto Python Editor.
